Your horse can be trained for trail riding on our vast and varied trail system. He will be ridden into Lake Tellico up to his belly, taught to balance himself correctly going up and down steep hills, keeping his distance from trees and managing himself around unfamiliar horses.

If you like trail riding, this is the place to go! Once you are skilled at using the Natural Horsemanship methods of cueing, part of your lessons can be on trail. Our 10 miles of trails have magnificent lake and mountain scenery, and are kept well-groomed. You’ll want to buy a horse of your own!
